Cognitive ability assessment

Rival assesses complex problem solving ability

Rival’s test is a non-verbal, matrix reasoning logic test. This format is widely used across both research and assessment. The test measures the candidate’s ability to process complex information and solve problems.

Rival's cognitive assessment measures potential rather than background

The test doesn’t include any verbal or numerical reasoning, which are prone to measuring education or background, rather than cognitive ability.
